In the ruble of the recent earthquake in Japan, there still dwells the people who live near the Fukushima Nuclear power plant.  They are now refugees in their own land, and left to fend for themselves because the threat of radiation being spread is so high.

The International Atomic Energy Agency has actually raised the danger of the nuclear fallout disaster from a Level 4 (Accident With Local Consequences) to a Level 5 (Accident With Wider Consequences) and it doesn’t look to be stopping anytime soon.
